means a single or Multi tenancy software service available via the internet and is provided pursuant to the Cloud Service Terms that are incorporated herein. Customer’s use of the Cloud Service is expressly limited to Authorized Users up to the maximum Number of Units stated in an Order Form. If the Cloud Service requires Customer to download Software to use the Cloud Service, then such Software is licensed to Customer for the same Term as the Cloud Service on a Subscription basis under the Master Terms.
