means data that is received by Licensor from the Customer, Customer’s authorized vendor, Affiliates, or other designees that is populated from information provided by Customer or Shopper as a result of transactions (such as from point-of-sale or e-commerce systems), events (such as a website or kiosk log-in), information associated with custom data attributes as specified by Customer, or responses to Customer’s custom questions in the Subscription service.
