means any written order, whether in physical or electronic format, for Software or services, including a Purchase Order, Work Order, statement of work, on-line orders, or other form of an ordering document delivered to or made available to Licensor through a medium or channel approved by Licensor, which is subject to, and incorporates by reference, the Agreement or other terms negotiated by the parties.
