means a unit of Equipment identified by use of the word “Spare” in its product name, which is kept in storage at the same location as Equipment in productive use. In the event Equipment in productive use becomes inoperable, Customer may set up and configure a Spare for productive use, until the original Equipment becomes operational again, but in no event for a period greater than three (3) months, without first obtaining Licensor’s written consent.
