means software owned by a third-party vendor, provided on-premise or as links available in the Cloud Service, including Documentation and Updates (if Maintenance is made available by Licensor for Third Party Software) identified by its company and/or product name, the provision of which by Licensor is made solely as an accommodation to and in lieu of Customer purchasing a license for Third Party Software directly from the third party vendor.
