means a license restriction describing the manner in which a copy (or multiple copies) of the Software may be deployed (including, without limitation, Site, Processor, Pack, Named User, Connected Processor, and Processor Source Locked) and is the mechanism used to determine the Number of Units licensed under this Agreement, an Order Form or a purchase order.
